What is Gears POP!?

Gears POP! is a real-time multiplayer mobile game featuring fan-favorite Gears of War characters in a Funko art style. Collect charming characters, fight real-time explosive arena battles, and mix and match powerful units and support items to build the strongest squad.

Is it free?

Gears POP! is free to download and play, however some in-game items can be purchased for real money.

What are the minimum requirements for Gears POP!?

Gears POP! is available to play on Apple (iOS 10 and newer), Android (OS 4.4 and newer), and Windows (x64). A minimum of 2GB RAM is required for optimal performance.

Where can I download it?

Gears POP! is available for download in the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, and the Microsoft Store. Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for all the latest news.

Why can’t I find Gears POP! in my app store?

If you are unable to locate Gears POP! in your device’s app store, then it may not be available in your region due to restrictions with in-game content (such as loot boxes) or not yet launched in that country.

How do I contact support?

Reach out to the Gears Pop! team via our Support Form – also found under Options in the app. You’ll be required to provide your name, Support Code, and device OS, as well as the details of the issue you’re experiencing.

Where can I find the Support Code?

You can view your Support Code by tapping the gear icon to open Options.

Where can I find the App Version number?

You can find the App Version by tapping the gear icon to open Options – it will be listed in the top left corner.

How do I redeem a code?

Gears Pop! codes can be redeemed to your Xbox Live account at http://microsoft.com/redeem. Content will be added to your inventory in-game once you’ve had a chance to play the game. Note: some content will be unlocked over time when the corresponding character pins are released in-game.

Where is my redeemed content/stream reward?

Content from code redemption and streams will appear after you’ve logged into the same account that you were logged into when redeeming the code or watching the stream. Generally rewards will be sent fairly quickly via an in-game message, but delays can occur. If you haven’t received your reward after 24 business hours, please reach out to our support team with more details.

Where are my purchases?

Purchases generally appear instantly, but can occasionally be delayed. If you haven’t received your purchase after 48 business hours, please confirm the purchase with your device’s app store support and reach out to our support team with more details.

How do I change my name?

Names can be changed once in-game via the Options menu. If you have logged into your Xbox Live Account, then your name will default to your gamertag which cannot be changed.

When will new characters be added to the game?

Gears POP! will frequently add iconic characters from the Gears universe that you can swap out to build the ultimate deck.

Can I receive rewards in Gears of War console games for playing Gears POP!?

Gears POP! is a standalone Gears experience, but you never know how we may look to enhance the game in the future.

If you’re running into issues playing Gears POP! on your device, please try the steps below:

  • Force close the app
  • Restart your device
  • Ensure the app is fully updated
  • Ensure your device’s OS is fully updated
  • Check your device’s connection and try another one (data, WiFi)
  • Check how much free space is left on your device

We also recommend visiting your device’s official support site for additional steps.

Please do not uninstall Gears POP! unless you have logged into an Xbox Live account. If you uninstall without logging in, then any progress you have may be lost.
